Tuesday, April 1st, I stepped out into the Prague night to catch Iniko live at Futurum and she did not disappoint. The show opened with a solid performance from Evolution of the Revolution, a tight and interesting quartet that warmed up the stage just right.

Then Iniko touched the mic and the room shifted. Her voice, her presence, her energy… it’s something you feel in your chest. The crowd was locked in from the first note, vibing deep, especially on standout performances like “Jericho” and “Hourglass” (which you can watch below).

As someone who attends a good amount of high melanin concerts here in Prague, it was dope to see a crowd that was about 70% women fully connected to the soul and spirit Iniko brought.
