“That Song” A New Music Discovery Series
Music discovery has always been part of my life. From digging through crates, chasing B-sides, listening closely to production, and paying attention to the stories artists tell through sound, the process has always been about finding records that connect.
That Song is a new short-form video series created to spotlight individual tracks that deserve to be heard. Each episode begins with the phrase Songs You Should Know, followed by a quick perspective on one record before allowing the music to speak for itself.
The concept is simple.
One artist.
One song.
One moment to listen.
No long review. No over explanation. Just a focused highlight on music that stands out.
The series covers a wide range of sounds including Hip Hop, R&B, soul, jazz influences, and independent artists shaping the current musical landscape.
These short videos are designed to create a quick connection between the listener and the record. Some songs bring emotion, some bring energy, and others bring perspective, but each selection represents something worth sharing.
