This week’s New Music Tuesday on The Ride With ChuckDiesal started globally and stayed dynamic from top to bottom.

We opened with a strong cultural blend, Mandopop energy from WU AI-HUA setting the tone before sliding into soulful textures and clean R&B cuts from Naomi & Yaahn Hunter Jr., Dylan Sinclair, Ella Mai, Sasha Keable, and Shae Universe. The first hour rode smooth but never flat, with soul, electric edges, Afro house, and amapiano keeping the tempo alive.

Marcus MC & Pale Moloi brought Afro house depth, Don Edward and Jay Music kept the amapiano pulse moving, and The Cavemen. added that Afrobeats musicianship. It was a layered first hour, global but cohesive.

To set the tone for the evening with Delinquent Habits performing in Praha that night. I ran a few selections from their El Ritmo LP, including “This World” and “Day One.” That energy naturally transitioned into heavy Hip Hop for the second hour.

New J. Cole from The Fall-Off got rotation with “SAFETY” and “What If,” alongside quality street records from Ransom & Boldy James, The Alchemist & Budgie, A$AP Twelvyy, Kidwild, Blac Sxpreme, Jamal Gasol, The Musalini, and more. There was also a touch of UK flow in the mix, keeping the range wide but intentional.

From global soul to underground bars, this was another strong week for new music, balanced, intentional, and built for listeners who actually care about the craft.
